Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using trackdemos, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
trackdemos is a private studio archive tool for uploading, organizing, and sharing music demos with peers you connect with.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the songs, lyrics, and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant trackdemos a license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service on your behalf and as you direct (e.g. sharing with peers).
5. Acceptable use
You may not upload content you don't have the rights to, use the service to infringe others' intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max) are billed on a recurring basis via the Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat until cancelled. Plan limits and pricing are described on the Pricing page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect as described in the billing section of the app. Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of a subscription contract. Where you expressly request that a paid plan begin immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully provided. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are additionally subject to those stores' own refund policies.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, trackdemos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for injury to life, body, or health, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory German law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
